W.H.Webb "Aspects of Alberta"

10337 - 124 Street, Edmonton, Alberta.

April 27, 2019 until May 9, 2019

The West End Gallery is pleased to present “Aspects of Alberta,” a solo exhibition of new works by W.H. Webb opening with the artist in attendance on Saturday, April 27th between 1pm and 4pm.

Webb is a landscape painter who describes his style as “painterly realism.” He uses acrylic paints in a manner reminiscent of the traditional school of watercolourists to create topographical landscapes that are intellectually developed with the inter-related elements of space, form, colour, line, unity, and rhythm. Webb’s work has demonstrated a lasting love affair with the prairie and mountain vistas of Alberta. His large realistic landscapes reflect the beauty, mood, and endless horizons of this land.

Exhibition continues through May 9, 2019. All artwork is subject to pre-sale.
